Plugins allow for tons of customization on WordPress without having to do any coding whatsoever. This not only makes things easier for us, but it makes things easier for you when we hand over the keys to your site. It also means your website gets built much faster than a website that's built exclusively with code. Saving time means less work for us and money saved for you, without having to sacrifice anything at all.
It all depends on the project. Sometimes, there are beautiful templates out there that allow us to speed up our website building, sometimes we'll hire someone to design a template for us, and other times we'll custom design everything ourselves. It all depends on what the client needs and wants.
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you'd like. You decide how much you want to be involved in the process. Our only goal is to leave you happy and satisfied. If there’s anything you don’t like, please let us know and we’ll work together on it. We want your website to be perfect for you. This isn’t our website, it’s yours. It’s your hard-earned money. We will also require you to purchase a domain and hosting package. We are only designers and WordPress web developers. We take no responsibility for hosting and domain issues.
When it comes to website laws, we will need you to take care of your own privacy policy, terms and conditions, and/or return policy as well.

Of course! We can even build as we go. You can pay for new features at any time. We can start small and grow larger if you're interested in saving money early on.
All of our designs require a non-refundable deposit equivalent to half the price of the quoted final product price or the add-on features.
We want your website to be perfect so we'll do as many revisions as needed until you're satisfied... As long as that doesn't mean completely rebuilding the website again.
Absolutely. This can be included for a fee on smaller package websites or can be included in bigger bundles for free. Prices may vary.
We write almost anything and everything. Our specialties include copywriting, storytelling, email sequences, articles and blogging, scripts, social content, and random fun creations (like kids books).
We also have extensive experience with editing and advising clients who prefer to write their own content.
As writers, we're supposed to hate AI... but we actually find it somewhat helpful sometimes. Especially when it comes to generating headlines or basic ideas for how to get things started.
For the most part, our writing is entirely custom. It's more fun to create something from out own minds, it allows for more creative freedom, and we also find AI writing to be incredibly boring, repetitive, and generic.
But, there absolutely is a place for AI in our tool kit.
We like to think of ourselves as creatives who will always find a way to create new things and make the world go “wow!”
We aren’t worried about ChatGPT in the sense that we think it can do what we can with the written word. But, it would be a lie to say we aren’t concerned about people believing that mediocrity is good enough. If that's the direction the world takes, then it's only a matter of time until writing—and creativity in general—disappears.
There's a small base fee to start a project but the rest depends on the job at hand. Some jobs will require paying per word while others will need to be paid by the hour. We accept both forms of payment.

We'll design business cards, logos, thumbnails, website graphics, and anything that requires basic graphic design.
We always try to be creative and thoughtful with our logo concepts. We specialize in making simple logos with hidden meanings but we can also make out of this world designs.
We do extensive research to ensure the logo is as amazing as you deserve it to be. After that, we turn on our iPads, put our Apple Pencils in our hands, and get to work on Affinity Designer.
Yes. The logo isn't done until you're satisfied. We won't even charge extra.
